The fine print for all packages.
SEASONAL/YEARLY PACKAGES (Both Standard and Enhanced): Billed for either winter or winter/summer season combined. No long-term contracts, but billing is done in advance with no refund per chosen season/yearly package. By stating that you agree to this, you are locked in for that chosen season. If you choose to cancel early, there will be no refunds of services.
If you need to pause your season, we can simply pause it and then resume/extend it for the amount of time paused.
**All charges are final, once billed. No refunds**– Any disputes about the accuracy of forecasts can be addressed on an as-needed basis and be a consideration for future billings. Translation- I will work with you if I screw up a forecast. See additional terms at the bottom of this page regarding the no liability policy** If you need to pause services for any number of reasons, we can do that and simply extend your pre-paid period for the amount of time you go on pause.
**We are not liable for any of your contracted work/labor or any other financial aspects of your business. In the realm of weather/science there are always factors that cannot be controlled- but we take no liability or responsibility for any financial decisions as they relate to your plowing/maintenance contracts or any other agreements. For instance- if it is expected to snow more- and it suddenly stops- and you employ your crew to the field- we are not liable for any of these variables or costs that you incur. We always do our best to predict accurately- but these are the risks you will take. We will function just like the TV news to you- with no liability, but just an enhanced form of personal touch and consulting to help you meet your needs.
My updates are generally 18/7- and not 24/7- but I always do my best to keep you informed.
If there are any disagreements about accuracy- I will work with you to offer a discount on future charges for future seasons. There are no refunds on charges that have been processed- as this work requires active time from me- and I cannot refund my own time.
It doesn’t snow every day- some months will be way busier than others, but we figure that this will average out and be an appropriate cost for your budget. Billing on a per-storm basis is very challenging- but we do offer that if needed.
